Love-To-Love Product Warranty

The warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

To process the warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased from our site, we have proof on file. If you purchased it from one of our many resellers, please provide us with proof of purchase ensuring that the date of purchase of the product is visible.

The steps of the warranty process:

1 - Send us your request containing: your complete and valid contact details, a proof of purchase with the readable date of purchase, describe the defect encountered and add a photo or video proving that the product is defective at the following address: contact@love-to-love.com

2 - After studying your request within 1 to 3 working days, our customer service will contact you to send you the replacement product.
