The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

To process your warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased from us, we have proof on file. If you purchased from one of our many resellers, please provide us with proof of purchase, making sure the product purchase date is visible.

The steps of the warranty process:

1 - Send us your request containing: your complete and valid contact details, proof of purchase with the legible purchase date, describe the defect encountered and add a photo or video proving that the product is defective to the following address: contact@love-to-love.com

2 - After studying your request within 1 to 3 working days, our customer service will contact you to send you the replacement product.
