These General Conditions of Sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the company:

The General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the online sale of Love to Love products.
These conditions and the online order constitute the contractual documents binding on the parties, to the exclusion of any other document, prospectus, catalogs or photographs of the products which have only an indicative value.
Validation of the order by the consumer's confirmation constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order, the conservation and reproduction of which are ensured by the professional seller in accordance with article 1127-2 of the civil code.

1 - Modification of the general conditions of sale.
The professional seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those in force on the date of the order, a copy of which, dated on that date, may be provided to the consumer upon request.

2 - Clauses of the general conditions of sale.
The invalidity of a contractual clause does not entail the invalidity of these general terms and conditions of sale. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the general terms and conditions of sale by the professional seller cannot constitute a waiver on his part of the other clauses of the general terms and conditions of sale which continue to produce their effects.
2. Price
The sale price of the products is that in effect on the day the order is placed.
Our product prices are listed in Euros and include all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Prices cannot be changed once the customer's order has been placed.
Customs duties and other formalities for deliveries outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer undertakes to check with their authorities the possibilities of importing products purchased on the website www.lovetolove.fr.
In the event of a promotional price, the seller undertakes to apply this price to any order placed during the period of advertising for the promotion.

3 - Default of payment
When payment is rejected, the seller is entitled not to ship the products.
4. Retention of title
The seller remains the owner of the products sold until full payment of the price and the buyer undertakes, until ownership is transferred to him, to take all necessary precautions for the proper conservation of the products.
5. Order
Love-to-Love undertakes to fulfill orders within the limits of available stocks. If a product is unavailable, Love-to-Love undertakes to promptly inform the customer by all means at its disposal.

As orders are final and irrevocable, any modification request made by the buyer is subject to acceptance by the seller.

The seller is obliged to deliver a product that conforms to the one ordered. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, the seller will offer the consumer, who must agree, the supply of an equivalent product that can replace the ordered product. In the event of disagreement by the customer, the unavailability of the ordered product will result in the cancellation of the order and a refund to the consumer.

The photographs and graphics appearing in the catalog or the website are given for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment by the company guaranteeing perfect similarity between the product ordered and the product represented.

Products are offered and delivered within the limits of available stocks. - In the event of unavailability of the product ordered, the seller shall immediately inform the buyer and may offer them a product of equivalent quality and price or, failing that, a voucher for the amount of the order that can be used for any future order.

4 - Returns
Love to Love strives to provide you with quality service. If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered, you can return it to us within 30 days, subject to the following rules: - Items must be unused or unworn and in their original packaging in perfect condition,
- Labels must not be damaged or removed.
To return one or more products, please follow the procedure indicated on the Return Form ( attached ). Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund amount will be calculated on the value of the item at the time of purchase and the shipping costs incurred during the purchase only if the item is defective, otherwise there will be no refund.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting your bank card or via Paypal.
9. Discreet Delivery

Your order is shipped in a discreet and sturdy box that protects the products. There are no external markings to identify the contents of the package. If you would like to send a gift, you can choose a delivery address different from the billing address. This step takes place when you confirm your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday morning. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox and your package will be waiting for you at your nearest post office. Delivery times do not take into account the processing time of your order, which is generally 1 to 2 business days.

During this period, Love-to-Love implements all means necessary to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in order to prevent their damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.
Under current regulations (EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016), the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit, transfer and erase their personal data.

11. Right of withdrawal
In application of article L221-28 of the consumer code (former article L121-21-8 of the consumer code), the customer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in certain cases, in particular, in the case where the products have been worn by the consumer, for reasons of hygiene.

If you accept these general conditions of sale, you will have the right to withdraw, without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the day after receipt of the products.
As a reminder, items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with their tags.

2 - Effects.
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payment received no later than fourteen days from receipt of the product at our premises.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
It is recalled that the customer's liability, in the event of withdrawal after use of the goods, is incurred with regard to the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this or these goods. These handlings are those that a consumer can carry out in a store.
The consumer must return the goods to Love to Love without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the customer has communicated to the recipient his decision to withdraw.
This deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods from the order before the expiry of the 14-day period.
12. Responsibilities
The products offered on the website www.lovetolove.fr comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France. Love to Love cannot be held responsible for any damages of any kind that may result from the misuse of the items sold.
Love to Love cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out-of-stock or unavailability of the product or force majeure. Force majeure includes all cases recognized by case law, i.e. any exceptional, external and unforeseeable event at the time of conclusion of the contract preventing its execution.
13. Applicable rights - Possible disputes
This contract is subject to French law. In the event that a dispute arises from this contractual relationship, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. If they do not find a common solution, the disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille.

14. Conditions of use of gift vouchers
These conditions apply to the recipient, whether they are the customer or not. The gift certificate is valid to pay for all or part of an order on the website www.lovetolove.fr . To pay, enter the discount code on the certificate in the box provided for this purpose on the payment page. The gift certificate can only be used once. It cannot be refunded in cash, in whole or in part. No change can be given on the certificate. The gift certificate has an expiry date. It must be used before this date.
