Metropolitan France

• Delivery between 3 and 4 days after the order is shipped.
• Free delivery from €69 including tax with carriers Colissimo and So Colissimo International.
• The amount of shipping costs if you do not reach €69 including tax is a minimum of €4.90 including tax.

Belgium, Luxembourg, Andorra, Monaco

• Delivery between 3 and 4 days after the order is shipped.
• Free delivery from €69 including tax with Colissimo carriers.

• The amount of shipping costs if you do not reach €69 including tax is a minimum of €4.90 including tax.

Near Europe (Except Germany):

• Delivery between 4 and 6 days after order dispatch.
• The shipping costs are a minimum of €9.90 including VAT.

Germany

• Delivery between 6 and 8 days after order dispatch.
• Free delivery for purchases over €69 including tax.
• The amount of shipping costs if you do not reach €69 including tax is a minimum of €9.90 including tax.

Remote Europe (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Balearic Islands, etc.)

• Delivery between 3 and 6 days after order dispatch.
• The shipping costs are a minimum of €9.90 including VAT.

The United Kingdom

• Delivery between 6 and 8 days after order dispatch.
• Free delivery from €69 including tax with UPS carrier.
• The shipping costs if you do not reach €69 including tax are €12.90 including tax.

The United States

• Delivery between 3 and 6 days after order dispatch.
• Free delivery from €85 with Fedex.
• The shipping costs if you do not reach €85 including VAT are €11.90 at least.

The French Overseas Territories

• Delivery between 6 and 8 days after order dispatch.
• The shipping costs are a minimum of €11.90 including VAT.

The rest of the world

• Delivery between 4 and 8 days after order dispatch.
• The shipping costs are a minimum of €29.90 including VAT.

RETURNS

Withdrawal

If the reason for the return is based on the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to bear the return costs.

The return period is 14 days upon receipt of your order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused , accompanied by the completed return form ( downloadable here ), to the following address:

Defective product

If it is a defective return, Love to Love will cover the cost of returning and reshipping the new product.

In the case of a refund, it will be made directly to the bank card used for the Paypal refund purchase within a maximum of 7 days following the date of receipt of the returned package.

ORGASM GUARANTEED return policy

If you are not satisfied with your Wonderlover, Believer, or Dreamer, you have 69 days to return it to us. Once you have completed the return form, indicating "Orgasm Guaranteed" (downloadable here ), make sure to return a Wonderlover and/or a Believer to us. and/or Dreamer cleaned and in its complete pack: no element should be missing.

This guarantee only applies to a Wonderlover and/or a Believer and/or a Dreamer purchased on our website. If you purchased it on a partner site or from another retailer, the "Guaranteed Orgasm" guarantee does not apply.

Once your toy has been received and inspected by us, a voucher for the value of your toy will be sent to you. It will be valid on our entire site for 1 year.

If the 69-day period is exceeded, we will no longer be able to enforce the “Orgasm Guaranteed” guarantee.
